AI strategy, models & operating systems

Operational audits, workflow mapping, opportunity scoring, digital operating models, automation roadmaps, architecture and tool selection. Scope tailored AI models, machine learning, data preparation, model integration and deployment, intelligent applications, internal copilots and AI operating systems connecting agents, workflows and reporting. Establish automation centers of excellence, human approvals, evaluation criteria and adoption plans.

Voice, text & service agents

Plan inbound call handling, appointment booking, lead qualification, record enrichment, structured intake, routing and dispatch, follow-up cadences, first-line support and escalation. Define knowledge sources, conversational boundaries, staff handoffs and quality checks for voice and text agents. Connect approved phone, email, calendar, CRM and customer-service tools through separately scoped engineering.

Workflow, document & robotic automation

Map hiring, candidate screening and placement, onboarding, invoices, reconciliation, approvals, exceptions, client intake, proposals, billing and compliance-support workflows. Scope robotic process automation (RPA), paper-to-system extraction, OCR, reusable routines and scheduled or webhook-driven agents. Plan gap assessments, proofs of concept, bot design, testing and deployment, custom accelerators, security, training and support. Business owners retain approvals and compliance decisions.

Enterprise applications & custom software

Define implementation, upgrade, customization and integration requirements for packaged SAP, Oracle, QAD and Microsoft applications. Scope custom software, cloud-native applications, portals, mobile solutions and operational automation. Plan application modernization, re-architecture, testing, staging review, deployment, documentation and runbooks. Technical providers perform builds and installation, including cloud, on-premise or on-site delivery where agreed.

Data, integration & business intelligence

Specify API and Python engineering, multi-system synchronization and data handoffs across ERP, CRM, databases, spreadsheets, email, calendars, telephony and social tools. Define data quality, migration, cloud data warehouses, dashboards, automated reporting, predictive analytics and natural-language queries over approved business data. Agree metric ownership, access, reconciliations and exception handling before technical delivery.

Sales, marketing & content operations

Design lead research and generation, outreach and email sequences, lead nurturing, CRM updates, pipeline workflows and proposal generation. Scope content calendars, script preparation, publishing pipelines, social scheduling, social media marketing, SEO workflows, email marketing and marketing analytics. Establish audience rules, review steps, permissions and measures of performance with client owners.

Cloud migration & modernization

Assess cloud strategy, architecture, migration, rehosting and replatforming. Define application modernization, SAP hosting, infrastructure and data-warehouse requirements for AWS or Microsoft Azure. Compare transformation and managed-cloud options, plan deployment readiness and agree service responsibilities, cost controls, resilience and acceptance criteria with specialist providers.

Infrastructure, workplace & IT operations

Scope core infrastructure support, network architecture, cybersecurity requirements, digital workplace and enterprise collaboration, unified IT help desks, cloud infrastructure and business-service monitoring. Define DevOps, continuous integration and delivery, AIOps and operational automation requirements. Agree support handoffs, monitoring, maintenance, patching, tuning, optimization and technical-support arrangements, with training and change management for the teams using the systems.

Application management & ongoing support

Assess application portfolios and support maturity, rationalize systems and prepare support roadmaps and knowledge transitions. Define incident resolution, service levels, ITIL-aligned governance, continuous improvement and modernization. Compare staff augmentation, managed capacity, managed services and outcome-linked arrangements, including shared SAP application support for smaller and mid-sized businesses. Service commitments are established in the provider contract.

Quality engineering & release assurance

Plan quality assessments, transformation and certification readiness. Specify business-process and user-acceptance testing; desktop, mobile and wearable interface testing; API and middleware testing; data assurance; and intelligent test automation. Include performance and load, security and accessibility testing where needed. Define evidence, defect ownership, release gates and client acceptance; certification outcomes require the relevant independent process.

Connected operations & emerging technology

Evaluate IoT and embedded systems, manufacturing operations management, blockchain prototypes and process redesign, and augmented, virtual and mixed reality. Define use cases, feasibility, pilots and integration requirements. Connect warehouse, transport, fleet, port and shipping, aviation, rail and third- or fourth-party logistics workflows with enterprise systems where the business case supports the scope.

Delivery, adoption & continuous improvement

Coordinate implementation oversight, quality assurance, training, change management and support transition across the service catalog. Agree architecture, staged reviews, testing, installation, cutover, documentation and operating runbooks. Set monitoring and optimization priorities after launch. Grahall represents the client in business decisions and acceptance while separately contracted providers deliver and operate technical components.
