Ongoing advisory & improvement

Review business priorities, data and workflows after go-live, and advise on practical improvements. System support and technical changes remain with your administrators or selected providers.

Advise on release-test priorities, reporting requirements and knowledge transfer across SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors and Ariba within the agreed advisory scope.

Connect field service, construction and the back office

When estimates, crew schedules and field tickets sit apart from job costs and invoices, leaders can struggle to see what work is ready, what it has cost and what can be billed. We help define the handoffs and compare systems around the way your teams work.

  • Field-service management: map service requests, crew scheduling and dispatch, skills and credential checks, mobile or offline work capture, materials and customer approval through to billing. Confirm device, site-access and connectivity requirements before selecting tools.
  • Construction and project operations: connect estimates and bids to budgets, job and cost codes, progress, change orders, equipment and job-margin reporting. Compare specialist construction tools with the capabilities of your ERP.
  • Connected operational reporting: define shared job, worker, supplier and equipment identifiers, metric owners and refresh needs for cash, job cost, purchasing and workforce dashboards.

Possible outputs include an end-to-end process map, fit-gap comparison, integration requirements and reporting definitions. Product fit, licensed capabilities and technical delivery are confirmed with your selected providers.

What an advisory engagement can produce

An agreed scope can include a prioritized requirements brief, documented option comparison, data and process readiness plan, business test scenarios and acceptance criteria. We agree deliverables and responsibilities before work begins.

Clear roles from the start

Grahall's role

Grahall provides ERP and AI advisory services through a third-party partner, covering requirements, process design and governance. Grahall does not configure systems, build software or integrations, or operate the technology. Your administrators or separately engaged implementation providers carry out technical delivery under agreed scopes and fees.

Your organization’s role

Your business owners, administrators and other delivery providers contribute process knowledge, system access, approvals and acceptance. We agree ownership, handoffs and escalation routes before work begins.

The initial consultation is free. Assessments and ongoing advisory are paid engagements, with scope, deliverables and fees agreed before work begins.
