HR Technology and AI Services
Most HR system problems start as design problems. Grades, pay rules and approval paths get invented during configuration by whoever is in the room, and the organization lives with the result for a decade. Grahall works on the client’s side of the table, from the choice of system to the annual pay cycle, so that the system does what the people strategy and the pay policy say.
We are compensation and HR consultants who know the systems well. We are not a software vendor or a system integrator. We use AI to do the reading and the first drafts, and our consultants make the calls.
Select: ERP and HCM Selection Advisory
The people and pay side of a system decision. We write down what the system must do for HR, time, payroll and compensation, test each option against it, and give the decision-makers a plain memo on fit, cost and risk. More on selection advisory.
Design: Job Architecture, Pay Structures and HR Data Readiness
Job catalogs, grades, pay bands, differentials and approval rules, settled before anyone configures anything and built to load into whichever system you choose. Then the data standards that make migration a clean upload and not a rebuild. More on design.
Implement: Client-Side Delivery, Program Office and Change
During implementation we own the people and pay side of the project for you: requirements, configuration workbooks, test scripts, acceptance testing, controls, communications and training. Your integrator or your administrators configure. More on implementation.
Run: SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Advisory
For organizations already live on SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay: policy-to-system reviews, controls and audit remediation, readiness for Joule and AI features, and support through each annual cycle. More on SuccessFactors services.
How We Use AI
AI does the reading and the first drafts. It works through configuration exports, permission reports, job and rate lists, plan documents and audit findings in full, which a manual review rarely has time for, and it drafts catalogs, workbooks, requirements and test scripts. A Grahall consultant reviews all of it before anything reaches a client. Client data is never used to train a model and never goes into consumer AI tools. Employee-level data stays in the client’s own environment unless the client approves otherwise in writing.
Independent by Design
Grahall sells no software, holds no vendor partnerships and accepts no referral fees from vendors, integrators or anyone else. We do not configure production systems, build integrations or run payroll. That is what lets us sit on the client’s side of the table and say what we think.
Who We Work With
Two kinds of organization. Employers choosing or replacing an ERP or HCM system, often with hourly, craft or multi-state workforces, who want the pay design settled before the system is. And organizations already running SAP SuccessFactors who want the system to match their pay policy, pass audit and be ready for AI.
