HR System Implementation: Client-Side Delivery

The integrator works for the project. Someone should work for you. During an HR system implementation, Grahall owns the people and pay side on the client’s behalf: what the system must do, whether it does it, and whether your people are ready. The vendor, the integrator or your own administrators configure. We do not.

Client-Side Delivery

Requirements, pay design decisions, configuration workbooks, test scripts, acceptance testing and manager communications for HR and pay. The client gets a design authority who understands both merit matrices and the limits of the system. The integrator gets requirements it can build from the first time.

Pay Rules and Payroll Controls

Overtime, per diem, differentials, caps and approvals written down as policy, then turned into warning and hard-stop rules the system can enforce, with a documented control framework and the evidence auditors ask for. We document the rules and design the controls. We do not run or configure payroll.

Program Office Seat

On larger programs we take the people and pay seat in the program office: the steering pack, the risk and decision log, and oversight of the vendor and the integrator on everything that touches HR and pay.

Change Management and Training for HR and Pay

Employee and manager communications, pay statement and policy explainers, supervisor training on approvals and time rules, and a readiness check before go-live. People forgive a new screen. They do not forgive a wrong paycheck.

Working With Your Integrator

We are not a system integrator and do not compete for configuration work. We do not work in SAP Provisioning, build integrations or resell software. Integrators tend to like working with us, because clear requirements and a decisive client make their job easier.
