Ronda Grimsley is a Consultant at Grahall, LLC. She is also the Founder and CEO of Triad HR Technology Solutions, a Dallas, TX based human capital management and human resources (HCM/HR) technology consulting firm, and brings with her more than 28 years of experience in HR consulting.
Ronda‘s focus is partnering with organizations in developing human capital management technology strategies that align with business objectives. Her HR consulting across the full technology spectrum positions her to help companies evaluate their HCM landscape, select best fit human resource and financial systems and then optimize implementation decisions. Ronda has built a team of human resource technologists, Triad HR, who are able to parachute into complex human resource technology projects to manage and execute all aspects of a successful implementation.

Prior to founding Triad HR Technology Solutions, Ronda was a Principal and Client Manager with Mercer HR. Ronda started her consulting career in the retirement and actuarial consulting practices. Ronda holds an undergraduate degree from Texas Wesleyan University and an MS in Mathematics and Statistics from Texas A&M University.
