John Marcelliano is a Consultant with Grahall, LLC. John has 25+ years’ experience as a senior HR executive in fast-growing, small- to mid-sized financial services and property casualty insurance companies, most recently with Tower Group International, Ltd. and Ryan Beck & Co. His expertise includes strategic development of the HR function focused on organizational growth as well as hands-on development and implementation of:

John earned a MA in Education from Seton Hall University and an undergraduate degree in English from Rutgers. He served as a member of the HR Committee of the Securities Industry Financial Management Association (SIFMA; formerly SIA) for 8 years. He has served on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Morris, Bergen, Passaic & Sussex Counties (NJ) for the past 10 years, is a past President of the Board of Trustees of the Summit, NJ Area YMCA, and served on the Morris County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Morris Advisory Council. He resides in the Cape May, NJ area.
