Allison Grace is a Consultant with Grahall, LLC. She is an experienced Human Resources generalist with 20+ years’ experience as a senior HR executive across a variety of sectors including private equity, financial services, energy, technology, publishing and insurance. Allison has broad generalist experience in all areas of HR including talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits plan design and management, culture building, performance management, employee relations, organizational development, employee development and succession planning. She has global experience in the US, Europe, South America, Asia and Australia.
Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer for EIG Global Energy Partners, one of the leading providers of institutional capital to the global energy industry, where she built the HR infrastructure for the firm, developed and executed the global HR strategy, and provided HR leadership for EIG’s portfolio companies. Prior to EIG, Allison was a consultant to Alexandra Investment Management, a global multi-strategy hedge fund, managing the firm’s human resources activities and deferred compensation plan.
Allison’s prior experience includes serving in human resources leadership roles for Register.com, Youthstream Media Networks, AKQA, marchFIRST, The Thomson Corporation and Alexander & Alexander.
She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University, and is professionally certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Compensation Management Specialist (CMS), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP).
