The Center will also locate, acquire, assemble and combine available data sources to create unique expository insights into people and rewards strategy issues. Depending on the client’s needs, the Survey Center’s services may be seamlessly integrated with other Grahall businesses, typically advisory and/or research engagements.

Research Solutions

The Institute conducts in-depth research in an effort to maintain a digital library of resources. These resources are available to assist clients with their research needs and to support Grahall’s regulatory, consulting, investment, staffing, training and publishing efforts with relevant market research.

Grahall Research Institute houses research capabilities, and produces high quality, insightful and independent research reports. Client/users call upon the Research Institute to answer questions relating to their people, rewards and organization; and to conduct in-depth research projects, studies and surveys. In addition, the Research Institute offers a digital library of resources to support Grahall’s consulting work.

The focus of our research is on the relationship between people and organizations with a heavy concentration on the value exchange areas such as rewards.

Our objective is to be the best source for pure and applied research both proprietary and non-proprietary in our focus area. We will be indentified with both simple and complex issue resolution, and will to remain objective and unbiased at all times and in all ways.
