As a complimentary service to job seekers, Grahall provides a jobs board that lists jobs within and outside of Grahall. Search the jobs board for a listing of local and national human resources positions.

However, if you want access to more jobs, flexible options, and better matching to employers, get started with Grahall Workforce Solutions today. Take advantage of our high-tech, high-touch advanced matching system to find the temporary, part-time, or full-time assignments that are right for you.


Level 2: Use the Matching Service

  • Create Your Profile – Submit your cover letter and resume and then tell us how you like to work. This is the basic level of membership and is free for any candidate.
  • Interview with Grahall – Once a Grahall Consultant receives your profile, he or she will call you directly to conduct a brief interview. Use the opportunity to convey the most pertinent facts about your job experience and objectives to Grahall so we can help you meet your objectives.
  • Create Your Portfolio – Complete the Grahall Advanced Placement System questionnaires to develop your portfolio. In addition to your cover letter and resume, you will have the advantage of a detailed portfolio that describes, in detail, your technical knowledge, business acumen, personality profile, and other criteria which will be used later to match you to an employer.
  • Get Matched – With your detailed portfolio, you will be introduced only to employers that are a good match for you. You will also have the advantage of receiving personal introductions to Grahall clients who have gone through the employer’s process.
  • Start Working – You will receive ongoing support from Grahall as you enter your new job. You will receive access to training, blogs, and other updates to keep your skills up-to-date and acquire new skills given your desired career path.

Level 3: Contact a Grahall Recruiter

Our Workforce Solutions/Rewards Temp business is designed for professionals willing to work in a temporary or temporary to full time role. Candidates for Rewards Temps are prescreened using our matching system, trained, and matched with assignments and employers best suited to their experience, personality, and preferred work methods. If you think you have what it takes to consistently adhere to a high standard of performance while working temporary assignments that fit into your life, apply now.

If you are an experienced consultant and feel you already have what it takes to become a Grahall Consulting Partner, get started by submitting your application today. However, if you feel you could benefit from more experience before you join the firm, contact a Grahall Career Pathing Consultant to get the training or experience you need. Your advisor will help you find the right temporary assignments or training you need to help you earn a spot at Grahall.
