Frank Seeks New Laws on Compensation Structures

House Financial Services Chairman Barney Frank (D., Mass.) said Thursday the U.S. government shouldn’t restrict corporate pay, but he backs new laws to fix problems with compensation structures that may even go beyond the Obama administration’s proposals.
