Timothy Nickerson Szal

Timothy Szal is a Consultant with Grahall, LLC. He is a consultant on economic analysis and various impact analytical techniques with respect to the impact modeling of alternatives and final recommendations on executive and employee reward programs. He specializes in modeling all aspects of reward strategy, executive compensation, including stock-based compensation, short-term and long-term cash incentive/retention compensation, executive employment arrangements, benefits and development rewards.

Mr. Szal works with consulting teams and clients in all industries. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an analyst at Von Kohorn Research and Advisory, a hedge fund investing in commodities, where he specialized in modeling investment cycles.

Mr. Szal earned his Masters Degree from the University of Michigan, and received a Bachelor degree in economics from Trinity College, where he was commissioned to design and construct six stained glass windows for the Chapel.
