Rick Zeranski

Rick Zeranski is a consultant with Grahall, LLC. and has 29 years Human Resource compensation strategy, design and administration experience from plant floor to executive level in both corporate and consulting environments. His strengths in compensation are salary structure development, management incentives as well as gain sharing, profit sharing and sales incentives. He is a Certified Compensation Professional and has received a Lifetime Achievement Award, both from WorldatWork.

Rick’s experience has been in Consumer Products, Chemicals, Telecommunications, Insurance, Healthcare, Services and Automotive industries. He has worked in management roles at Stanadyne Inc., SBC (now AT&T), Dana Corporation, Rhodia Chemicals and American Maize Products (now Cargill).

Rick received a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Bridgeport where he received Beta Gamma Sigma recognition from the National Business Honorary Society.
