Mike Meisenheimer is a consultant with Grahall, LLC. He has more than 15 years experience consulting in the areas of sales effectiveness and sales performance management. His project work focuses on the design, processes and technologies associated with sales incentive compensation. Mike is a recognized leader in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Sales Performance Management (SPM). Within these areas he works with global, national and emerging enterprises on the planning, selection and implementation of ICM/SPM processes and software solutions.

Previously Mike served as Vice President Business Operations for Compensation Technologies, a management and technology consulting firm that specialized in the areas of Incentive Compensation Management and Sales Performance Management. He was one of the key executives responsible for establishing Compensation Technologies and managed the firm’s sales, marketing and business development investments, as well as its strategic planning efforts. Mike created and led the firm’s Strategic Services and Productivity Management Practices.

Prior to launching Comp Tech, Mike spent several years as a consultant with the firm’s parent company, The Alexander Group, Inc. His project work included sales strategy development, organization design, quota and territory deployment and incentive compensation design.

Mike co-founded an application software company dedicated to the creation of performance management applications for sales executives. Earlier in his career, he held sales and sales management positions in the consumer products and employee leasing industries.

Mike’s educational credentials include a M.S.M. from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) and a B.A. in economics from the University of Washington.
