Leigh Priebe Kearney is a Consultant at Grahall, LLC. Leigh Kearney is also the founder and President of Osprey Leadership Consulting, Inc. She has 20 years experience serving senior executives in leadership development, assessment for selection and development, executive coaching, and team facilitation. Prior to founding Osprey Leadership, Leigh was the President of Leadership and Team Development for BeamPines, Inc. From 2002 through 2005, Leigh served as a Partner and managed the U.S. assessment business for Whitehead Mann Plc, a global leadership consultancy firm. Prior to Whitehead Mann, Leigh was Vice President of Professional Services and co-founder of Summit Leadership Solutions, a boutique leadership services firm, later acquired by Whitehead Mann, LLC.

Recent assignments include:
a) Developed and facilitated a high performing team of engineers charged with driving innovation for the organization of the future. Project included individual and small team coaching and implementation of team strategy.

b) Supported the CFO of a Global Financial Services company to provide developmental assessment and market benchmarking of skills and talent as well as individual coaching to increase influence across and within multiple company boards.

c) Provided individual coaching for a Chief Strategic Officer of a global organization facing rapid growth requiring ongoing recruitment, development, and retention of senior talent.

d) Individual executive coaching of the senior litigator inside a global media company. Coaching included the development of influence and relationship-building skills for the legal team.

e) Trained internal facilitators for an integrated leadership development program designed to change a stable, comfortable and secure culture into one of innovation, urgency, and courageous change. Project included coaching of the CEO who was responsible for driving the culture change.

f) Individual coaching for the national division president of a global organization to build leadership capacity in preparation for driving change.

g) Worked closely over a four-year period of time with the president and chief learning officer of a large financial services organization during the post-acquisition, integration, and building of a high performance organization.

Leigh worked as a Senior Program Consultant for the Center for Creative Leadership in Colorado Springs, CO for 10 years. There she managed many of CCL’s custom clients, facilitated Leadership at the Peak (the senior executive development program), selected and supervised adjunct professional staff, and co-designed of one of CCL’s successful public programs; Leadership and High Performance Teams.

Leigh has a B.A., University of New Hampshire (Physiology), an M.S., University of Colorado (Clinical Psychology) and a Ph.D. University of Denver (Counselling Psychology) she is also a member of the American Psychological Association.
