Judy Newman is a skilled Human Resources professional with more than 15 years of progressive Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits and Organizational Development management experience. She specializes in creating and implementing programs to improve organizational effectiveness, promote the rapid growth of employees and enhance the corporate culture.
Her expertise includes strategic employee compensation and benefits management, employee training and development, performance management, HRIS system implementation, policy and procedure creation and documentation, competency-based development planning and succession planning. She works with clients across many industries including pharmaceutical, energy, manufacturing, consumer products, non-profit, financial services, education and energy.
Prior to joining Grahall, Judy was a Management Consultant at Gap International for nine years, providing individualized performance coaching to clients of Fortune 500 companies to ensure optimal execution of multi-million dollar business plans while alsoproviding internal Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits and Organizational Development services. Her consulting experience includes compensation and benefits consulting at The Hay Group and benefits consulting at Frenkel & Company and Sedgwick Noble Lowndes.
Judy received her dual bachelor’s degrees in Human Resources Management and Multinational Corporate Studies at Upsala College, where she was an honors student. She also is a CertifiedEmployee Benefit Specialist through the Wharton School of Business, International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and has her HIA Certification through the Health Insurance Association of America.
