Chris is a consultant with Grahall, LLC. He has over 15 years of experience in the executive compensation and benefits market specializing in the development of technology resources and applications designed to provide effective human capital management information tools.
He works closely with Chris Rich (see separate bio) in the design, financing and administration of supplemental benefits programs custom tailored for the needs of highly compensated employees and professionals. Specifically, Chris focuses on the creation of financial models to be used to determine the competitiveness of existing programs, the efficiency of any related financing vehicles, and the determination of the financial statement impact of proposed changes in plan design or funding arrangements.
He holds a BA from Clark University and an MBA with distinction from Cornell University. He has worked as a strategic planner for PepsiCo, and as a systems analyst for Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company.
